1.1. The Controller processes the following categories of your personal data: full name, e-mail address, phone number and other data indicated in the mail signature, business cards and agreements.
1.2. Personal data shall be processed within the scope of performance of agreements, correspondence, replies to requests, communication of information on products and services offered by Emerson Polska Sp. Z o.o. Sp.k. Communicating trade information – according to art. 6(1)(A) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 from April 27, 2016 on protection of natural persons due to personal data processing and on free transfer of such data and repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (the general data protection regulation).

1.7. You are entitled to access to contents of your data and to their correction, removal, limitation of processing, to obtain a copy of data, to object processing of such data and transfer data. The objection may be filed in any manner suitable, especially via e-mail to the address: email@example.com or via other means of remote communication or via mail, to the address of the head office of the data controller.

You are entitled to file objection to the President of the Personal Data Office with the head office in Warszawa or any other supervisory body with competences to review a complaint on the date of its submission, if you decide that processing of your data is in violation with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 from April 27, 2016 on protection of natural persons due to personal data processing and on free transfer of such data and repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (the general data protection regulation).
