Completing welcome packs

We created, printed, packaged, and shipped gift packages for business clients on behalf of our client. The package supported Aluprof’s international campaign “Control the climate, control the costs,” which invited the well-known international judge, Szymon Marciniak. As part of the campaign, Aluprof decided to collaborate with ambassadors of a global nature.

The “Control Climate, Control Costs” campaign promotes Aluprof’s energy-saving solutions: windows, doors, and sun protection. In addition to the package we designed and packaged, the campaign included: TV commercials and ads, print ads, and extensive online and social media efforts.

Thanks to our experience and the specialization of our departments, we are able to complete such an order in its entirety – from graphic design to product storage, packaging, and shipping.

Scope of work:

graphic design of the letter, case, and packaging,
ball inflation,
assembling the letter, case, and ball into the prepared box,
stretching boxes,
shipping packages to individual recipients according to the distribution list provided by the customer,
For part of the print run, preparation for pallet shipping.

case: folded format 107mm x 215mm, GC1 200g board, 4/0 – CMYK – HP Indygo 1200 digital printing, 1/0 soft touch foil, double-sided tape gluing, gluing on 2 points,
A4 letter folded to DL, 150g chalk, 4/4 printing,
cardboard, FEFCO 215 design, approx. 22x22x22 cm (ball diameter 21 cm), corrugated board B ~390g, 1 color print – up to 20% of the surface.
