Inserting

Inserting is nothing more than placing advertising material inside other products. Co-packing in its broadest sense can be supported by the inserting process. We place inserts in magazines, but also in calendars, catalogues and brochures. The materials we insert vary in nature. We insert leaflets and promotional coupons. Often, however, the type of promotional media inserted takes a much more attractive form.

Inserting most often refers to press publications, which attach various cosmetic samples or small gadgets to their titles.

We will carry out any insertion service you require, but will also be happy to advise you on the most suitable insert for your purposes. We can also design and produce such an insert. We try to meet your communication and promotional strategies. We understand perfectly well that this way of promotion should also fit in with your image-building tactics and contact with your audience. We do not shy away from original solutions, which we often recommend to our clients. For our customers, we are not only a service provider, but above all a supportive partner who will advise and guide you through the entire order process.

We carry out smaller orders, but we are also happy to take on larger tasks where it is necessary to optimise forces and operate efficiently on a large scale. This is when we reach for specialised tools. We are supported by well-equipped, professional production facilities in the form of technologically advanced machinery.

We look forward to working with you.

Manual or machine insertion.

As part of the insertion service, we offer foiling, pasting or enveloping. In the first case, the foil can be used to enclose a supplement, e.g. a colour magazine. This supplement can be an advertising catalogue, leaflets or a DVD. The foil effectively connects the two products and prevents them from separating.

An alternative option is to paste e.g. a cosmetics sample into a colour press. If this service is carried out reliably, using good adhesive preparations, there should be no risk that the sample will accidentally peel off. The third method of insertion is enveloping, which involves attaching envelopes to products, which may contain, for example, advertising leaflets or invitations to specific events or promotional meetings.
